Privacy
SoundSync Privacy Policy.
This privacy policy summarizes how SoundSync handles developer, customer, product, licensing, payment, email marketing, support, and operational data while the platform is in controlled launch.
Launch legal note: SoundSync is in controlled launch. This public privacy policy is intended to communicate current platform expectations clearly and may be updated as product, payment, communication, and legal workflows mature.
Data collected
SoundSync may collect account details, product/storefront/subscription settings, licensing events, checkout and renewal records, entitlement records, customer library activity, support messages, usage metrics, and security/operational logs needed to run the platform.
Developer account data
Developer account data includes login identity, company/profile details, product catalog data, storefront branding, support contacts, plugin credentials metadata, billing settings, and platform usage.
Customer purchase, subscription, and license data
Customer data may include purchase records, subscription status, renewal/cancellation signals, owned products, entitlement/download access, serial/license status, activation events, receipts, support links, and customer library access details.
Payment data
Checkout and payment processing are handled through secure checkout operations. SoundSync stores operational order, fee, refund, dispute, payout availability, and statement data needed to run the platform, but does not claim independent PCI certification.
Email marketing and contact data
Email marketing data may include subscribed contact records, opt-in status, suppression/unsubscribe state, campaign sends, usage metering, and reporting signals where available. Marketing and transactional email purposes remain separated.
How data is used
Data is used to provide storefronts, subscriptions, licensing, activation, downloads, customer libraries, payments, billing, analytics, marketing email, support, fraud/abuse review, platform security, and account administration.
Developer and customer separation
SoundSync is designed so developers can access their own products and customers, not other developers customer records, revenue, downloads, product files, or campaigns.
Support access
Support and operational visibility may be used for support, billing, security, abuse review, moderation, troubleshooting, and platform reliability. Access should be handled carefully and limited to legitimate operational needs.
Service operations
SoundSync relies on hosting, checkout, transactional notices, marketing delivery, analytics/logging, storage, and infrastructure systems to operate the service. Behavior may vary by account and integration status during controlled launch.
Retention, export, and deletion
Developers may have scoped export options for their customer/product data. Retention and deletion requests are handled according to operational, legal, security, billing, dispute, and support needs.
Contact
Privacy questions can be sent to support@soundsyncsolutions.biz. Include the account, storefront, product, or customer context needed to route the request.
