Public pricing trust

Pricing claims are treated as trust content because they shape developer expectations before launch.

One 10% SoundSync fee

Eligible SoundSync-managed sales use one 10% SoundSync platform fee, including marketplace-attributed sales.

Processing costs covered

SoundSync covers checkout payment-processing costs for SoundSync-managed checkout. Developers do not owe SoundSync a separate processor fee.

Merchant of Record checkout

SoundSync is the Merchant of Record for SoundSync-managed checkout transactions, with external and developer-managed channels treated separately.

Marketing email allowance

Developer accounts include 1,000 marketing emails per month, then additional accepted marketing sends are $1.00 per 1,000.

Transactional email included

Receipts, login/security, account, purchase, license, activation, and required delivery emails are handled separately from opt-in marketing campaigns.

Server-authoritative pricing

Pricing trust starts with the server owning the amount the customer is asked to pay.

Canonical price

Product price, subscription plan, promo code, marketplace attribution, tax presentation, and checkout totals are calculated server-side.

Customer clarity

Customers see the active offer and checkout amount before payment, with receipts and order records following the confirmed transaction.

Developer proceeds

Developer profit for a sale is the sale price minus the SoundSync fee, with refunds, disputes, tax, reserves, and adjustments reflected where applicable.

No. SoundSync supports plugins, instruments, sample libraries, digital downloads, subscriptions, and custom audio tools.

Can I use my own site?

Yes. You can use hosted storefronts, embedded storefronts, standalone embeds, and custom domains depending on the surface you choose.

Does marketplace attribution add another fee?

No. SoundSync uses one 10% fee on SoundSync-processed sales, including marketplace-attributed sales.
